Once your order has been placed we will email or call to book in your delivery.

We aim to deliver your items within 2 working days.

Any items that are made to order, such as gates and trellis, will be made and delivered within 3-5 working days.

A3 Fencing is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once the delivery is complete.

Delivery will be made to the kerb side or driveway.

A refund will be accepted within for 14 days from purchase date.

Materials returned bust be unused, in good condition and in the original packaging.

All returns will incur a 10% pickup, processing and restocking fee.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if materials have been installed.

Returns will not be accepted on stain.
